Ballet technique is the basis of all dance forms. It takes time, effort and dedication to execute the classroom step to any given style, to make it natural, make it seamlessly connected, so that it is true and honest when performed. Examinations and assessments may be taken by suitable candidates.

The programme is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.  Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program.  Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!

This class encourages musicality, timing and style, using your feet as a percussion instrument. Tap has become a very popular form of dance, encouraging co ordination and giving the chance to be creative and expressive in a completely different way to other forms of dance

These popular classes offer a varied and fun way to develop creativity and expression through dance, both individually and as part of a group. Modern dance is often seen on the stages of musical productions and is known for its theatrical qualities. The style uses travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns which all need strength and flexibility. This is a highly energetic dance style.
